Information of Project:
1. Project Undertaker: Culture and Sports Bureau of Hekou county Yao Autonomous County
2. Project Background: In order to accelerate the construction of Hekou Stadium and solve the problem of fund shortage, county government decided to set it as the binding project for Manzhang Sub-district Development Project to help it finish the Three Supply and One Leveling, which is the basis of the stadium construction.

Project Content and Scale:
Hekou Stadium locates in Manzhang district, near the Kunhe Road, Suburbs Refrigeratory. Manzhang sub-district has 300 mu space area, building area 180000 m2.  The required investment is 198 million, including 48 million for the Stadium, with the area of 60.69 mu. The transportation, communication, water and power supply are completed. The land usage has been approved by 2003 10th Executive Meeting of the County Government.

Investment Estimation:
The total investment is 36.055 million.

Economic and Social Benefit:
As a port city, Hehou county is in charge of sports exchanges. The project will not only provide people with the places for body-building, but also it can achieve great economic benefit.

The feasibility report has been carried out.

Service Commitment and Favorable Policy:
In No. 66 (2004) Document of On Manzhang Sub-district Land Development Resolution, the Hekou County Government sets the decision of Binding Development for Manzhang Sub-district and Stadium construction, which the unified planning, designing and construction will be conducted for the convenience of management centralization.
