Construction Conditions & Market Prospect:
1. It accords with the national industrial policy and has already obtained the approval issued by Huangshi Developing & Reform Committee.
2. It would be built up as a central show spot of Buddhist historic culture, as a splendid exposition of Chinese Buddhist architectural arts, as a full-function photographing base of MV & TV with Buddhist materials, as the largest sightseeing and traveling scenic area in Hubei province and the most ideal weekend-leisure garden. It’s planned to develop 15 new scenic spots, inclusive of the Wangfu Pavilion with a 99.1-meter-tall Buddha as the principal part.

The annual tourist income can be expected to be RMB 350million Yuan. The investment return period is 5-8years.

The planned total investment is RMB 650million Yuan, with RMB 300million Yuan from loan, RMB 150million Yuan applied for traveling national debt, RMB 150million Yuan from foreign investor and RMB 50million Yuan financed by Chinese partner himself.

Introduction of Item Enterprise:
The Chinese investor is the management office of Mt. Dongfang scenery. The scenic area is around 18sq.kms with 3 main peaks. With beautiful mountains, lovely scenery and agreeable weather, this scenic spot has always been endued with many marvelous reputations. In the scenic area, the vegetation here is in good condition and the current afforestation rate has reached above 90%, with 5-degree stable difference in temperature between top and foot of the mountain. Mt. Dongfang now has over 20 temples and nunneries, scattered inside the mountains, thus forming the famous Buddhist site along southeastern section of the Changjiang River. With over 10years’ development, it has become the national 2A-Level beauty spot, the nation-famous Buddhist cultural training base as well as the largest temple group in Hubei province.
