Daquangou scenic spot, one part of Leishan Mt. Scenic Area, was invested for its development by Chengui Town government, with total area of 24 sq.kms. It was open to the public on Oct. 1, 2005. It is a national AAA-level scenic spot and provincial-level forest garden as well. Daquangou scenic spot belongs to subtropical continental monsoon climate, with sufficient sunshine, agreeable seasons and annual average temperature of 17oC. There mountains and waters lean close to each other; there green bamboos are growing flourishingly. It’s even an old address of the Red Army. Daquangou scenic spot is an ideal place for vacation and recreation.
