I. Description of the project:
This project includes Jianshe street, Nanhuan road, Dongfeng street, Beihuan road and four streets. The whole project is 12,745 meters long. The extensible length is 19,559 meters.
1) Jianshe street is 4,852 meters long with 3-plate structure for constructing road surface. The red line width of the road is 60 meters. The extensible length is 4,582 meters.
2) Nanhuan road is 2,360 meters long with 2-plate structure for constructing road surface. The red line width of the road is 50 meters. The extensible length is 4,660 meters.
3) Dongfeng street is 1,840 meters long with 2-plate structure for constructing road surface. The red line width of the road is 50 meters. The extensible length is 2,900 meters.
4) Beihuan road is 3,790 meters long with 2-plate structure for constructing road surface. The red line width of the road is 50 meters. The extensible length is 7,142 meters.

II. Investment and fund resources:
The total investment is 31.62 million USD with 30 million USD for foreign capital.

III. Market study:
This project is an important component of the General Plan of Suning County from 2003-2020. It links the inside of the county to the outside traffic. Meanwhile, it represents the window and the image of opening Suning county. The construction of the road around Suning will accelerate the local economy. In recent years, owing its fast development Suning has become a focus attracting merchants invest here. The development and construction of the road around the county is very necessary.

IV. Benefit analysis:
After completion of the project, the extensible length beside the road 19,559 meters. Per 1,975 USD every linear meter, the total income can reach 38.64 million USD. Deducting 31.62 million USD, the gross profit shall be 7.02 million USD.
