III. Brief Introduction to the Unit of Application
Registered in Noverber 20th, 2002, Datong Yungang Resail Ceramics Co., Ltd., with Zhou Kaiyuan as its legal representative, is a private enterprise engaged mainly in producing ceramic sanitary ware. Its registered capital is 47 million Yuan and existing assets reaches 140 million Yuan. At present, 500,000 peices of ceramic sanitary ware can be produced a year by the enterprise; in line with the standard of UPC of the U.S., over eight percent of these products are exported to the U.S., Canada and other countries or regions. The enterprise has been certified for exportation and importation, and passed the ISO9001-2000 international quality control system certification.

IV. A Survey of the Project
i. Construction content: The project is to be built at a place about half kilometer away to the northeast of the enterprise, with the production goal of two million pieces of medium and high grade ceramic sanitary ware per year.
ii. Project investment estimation: Among the 20 million U.S. dollars of total investment, six million will be self-financed by the enterprise, while the rest be gotten by investment promotion or other means.
iii. Matching facilities available: sufficient water, electricity and gas supplies, and convenient traffic.
iv. Market prediction and benefits analysis after project’s completion: After China joined in WTO, the space for exportation of the products is becoming larger. Last year, 3000 pieces were exported and the annual growth rate reaches 55.66%. Besides, with the prosperity of domestic town construction and residence building program, the demand for ceramic sanitary ware upsurges accordingly. The amount is estimated to be 50 million every year. After the project put into production, the annual sales income will average 19.5 U.S. dollars; after-tax profits 4.8741 million U.S. dollars; and the average income tax will total 1.6085 million U.S. dollars.
