Project Investment and Economic Benefits Estimation: The planned investment is 20 million Yuan, including 2 million Yuan for intelligent conservatory of flower production, 10 million Yuan for compound shed, interior temperature control and humidity adjusting facilities, 6 million Yuan for flower trimming, packaging, facilities for refrigeration, 2 million Yuan for flower distribution network. After the project finished, annual sales volume will reach 15 million Yuan and annual profits over 3 million Yuan. And the investment payback period will be 6 years.

Project State and Cooperation Suggestions: Rugao City is a famous hometown of flowers and trees for several thousand years in the Shanghai Economic Circle. It has a growth area of 200,000 mu with annual sales volume of around 1 billion Yuan. It not only boasts 300 mu of Dongfang Dashouxing Garden (Flower Sea Artistic Bonsai Garden) combining longevity culture and bonsai art, The World of Flowers and Trees, a top flowers & trees exchange market in East China in terms of both scale and facilities, but also more than 50 professional teams with B or C qualification for afforestation work outside the city. Various types of bonsais cultivated by bonsai handicraftsmen led by bonsai master---Hua hanming have won more than 70 medals in domestic and international bonsai contest. However, as a great bonsai city located in the dense urban group in Changjiang Delta Region, it hasn't made great achievements in flower production.
