6. Background and Construction Conditions:
With a constant population of 190,000, temporary population of 200,000, Yongqiang Airport, and the high-technology area in it, Yongqiang area has been the center of politics, economy and culture of Yuqing. There are over 1000 freight wagons there. In terms of the present situation and the future development, it is urgent to plan and construct Rongwan (coast) Transportation Center.
7. Progress of the Preparatory Work:
In 2005, in drawing up “the 11th 5-year-plan” (2006-2010) of Wenzhou sea and land transportation plan – the construction of transportation center of main road during “the 11st 5-year-plan”, Wenzhou Transportation Bureau listed Rongwan coastal transportation center one of the 9 projects of Wenzhou City. The preparatory work of it is launched by the Second Transportation Team of Wenzhou.
8. Construction Scale and Target:
A second-grade station ground and a substation of the city will be constructed in charge of the medium and long-distance bus, and the short-distance bus in coastal area. The planned ground is 100mu, with the building area of 3200 sq. m.
Main services: passenger transportation, bus repairing, business, hotel service and so on.
9. Financial Estimation:
The total investment is set to be 80 million yuan. The management fee, shop and hotel management fee and parking fee will be charged according to the existing national regulation of charging fee in transportation management, and the period for recovery of investment is expected to be 5 years.
