Background
Nowadays, the requirement and application of vegetable protein are increasing day after day. Our company has the capacity of producing 700 tons of lixiviating products per day and more than 30,000 tons of soybean dregs cake per year, with a large superiority of natural source of producing soybean protein. This project can not only strengthen our company’s competition ability but also have an important significance in developing oil industry in Anhui Province.

2. Content and Scale

The capacity of pre-processing lixiviating products is 100 t/d. 25,000 tons of soybean are processed annually. The protein producting line is designed as 3000 t/a.

3. Market Analysis

Recently the oil and fat industry is being developed towards the field of biochemistry and chemical engineering, and as the adjustment of people’s food structure, there is a tendency of changing animal protein into vegetable protein. Now 20,000 tons of soybean protein are imported to fill the shortage of demand in domestic market every year. Therefore, the project has a very large potential market.

4. Technological and Equipment Planning

The project will adopt the technology of Wuhan Industry College, which is recommend by the State Scientific Committee. And all the parameters of the products have reached that of the products made in America. The key equipment of the project will be imported and other subsidiary equipment will be purchased locally.

5. Investment Estimation

The total investment is 70.4 million yuan, including 19 million yuan raised by ourselves and bank loan or foreign investment of 51.4 million yuan. Among the total investment, 2.4 million yuan is for factory building, 62.01 yuan for equipment and 5.99 million yuan for other expense.

6. Economical and Social Benefits Analysis

After putting the project into production, it will newly increase 140 million yuan of output value, 185 million yuan of sales income and 32 million yuan of profits.

7. Progress of the Project

The project has been reported to the Provincial Planning Commission for approval. Now we are making the feasible study report.

8. Mode of Cooperation

The project is planned to establish a joint venture or adopt the mode of importing equipment. Our company will not seek for the control right of the shares.

Now, We can produce lixiviating products 700 t/d, salad oil 150 t/d and edible vegetable oil 10,000 t/a. Our products includes salad oil, advanced cooking oil, the second grade rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, sesame oil and bean dregs, etc. They are well received all over the country and have a good reputation.
