The Profile of the Project: Xiushui County is a place with long history, many famous celebrities, and pretty mountains and scenery. The Xiu River is one of the five rivers of the Boyanghe Lake River System and originated from the Yellow Dragon Mountain of Xiushi County, which flows through the whole area from west to east with the total length of 354 km. The configuration of the land in Xiushui County is diverse with the advantageous climate condition, various wild plants and abundant natural resources. There are many scenic areas of nature and humanities including the Ancient Site of Shanbei Culture, the Hometown of Valley, the Shuangjing Bright Moon river Bend, the Yellow Dragon Temple, the Pure Water Crag, Baozi Stone, Bujia Limestone Cave and Dongling Stone Forest, etc. The Scenery of Qiangshui Rock is listed as the provincial scenic area; the Huangjianting Memorial Hall and the site of the Autumn Harvest are listed as the Provincial Relic Protection Unit. Xiushui is doing his best to boost the Project of "Sichuang" and improve the whole image of Xiushui County to establish a better environment of a harmonious society. The exploitation of Xiu River Tour Area is consistent with the general development strategy of constructing Jiangxi into the backyard and the construction of the Green Banks raised by the Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government, and the exploitation of ecologic vacation tour of Xiushui will expand a new arena for the development of tourism in Jiangxi Province.

The Profile of Construction: According to eh geographical features and resources of Xiushui County and Xiu River, it is to form the general space conformation of "One Thread Stringing Seven Beads, the development from the focus of city to the two ends; One Threads is the Xiu River of Poetic Charm( the Corridor of Sightseeing of Mountains and Rivers of Xiuhe); Seven Beads include the Scenic area of the Hometown of Valley, the Scenic Area of West land and wild Charm, the City Scenic Area, the Xiushui Household Scenic Area, the wild expanding Scenic Area; developing the Dengliu Scenic Area, Baozishiwanggui Scenic Area. The neighboring scenic areas include the Stone Forest&peach Flower Scenic Area, the Xiangzhang Village Scenic Area, The Buddhist Cultural Scenic Area of Yellow Dragon Mountain, the Primeval Forest Scenic Area of Huanggang, the Scenic Area of the Pure Water Rock of the South Crag, Hangkou Ancient Town Scenic Area and Zhajing Ancient Town Scenic Area.

The Investment of the Project: The total investment is 493.75 million RMB. The investment for the short-term is 173.468 million RMB and 320.282 million RMB for the middle and long-term.
