Project Scale & Main Contents: It will merge the water supply and drainage enterprises in Nanning to organize and incorporate the Nanning Jianning Water (Group) Co., Ltd., which will serve as the principal promoter and strip off the assts for water supply and wastewater treatment from the company for evaluating to imput as the further investment. The water supply enterprises in the surrounding area of Nanning will also evaluate their existing assets and will be input as the investment. It is planned to introduce more than two investors from outside with the strategical sight to inject cash as the investment. With the said investment, the parties involved will jointly incorporate the Nanning Water Management Co., Ltd. and strive for listing the company in H stock market of Hong Kong.
