1. Project Background

The project is located in Dongjiao Peninsula of Wenchang City, the northeast part of Hainan Province. It is 80 kilometers away from Haikou City, neighboring on Tonggu Mountain in the east, Qinglan Port in the west, South Sea in the south. With millions of green and graceful coconut trees, the scenery of Dongjiao Coconut Forest is said to be the most beautiful in the country and rare in the world. The rare “king of coconut tree” has thick branch, luxuriant leaves, and countless coconut. This is an ideal natural place for swimming as the beach is just like silver and seawater is so clean and clear.

2. Construction Site

It is in Dongjiao town of Wenchang city, 10 kilometers away from Jiaocheng Town of Wenchang City.

3. Construction Scale

3000 mu land will be occupied to build coconut viewing area, coconut food area, coconut craft area, coconut souvenir area, vacation area, sea viewing area and so on.

4. Construction Conditions

Now the area of coconut forest is 100 thousand mu, the number of coconut tree is 1 million. Water and power supply, road and communication are available.

5. Investment Estimate

Total investment of this project is estimated as about 95 million yuan, among which, 15 million yuan for coconut viewing area, 20 million yuan for coconut food area, 8 million yuan for coconut craft area, 6 million yuan for coconut souvenir area, 6 million yuan for sea viewing area, 40 million yuan for vacation area.
