1. Project Background

With the sustainable stability of China's society, continued increase of China's economy and the rapid development of the tourism industry, the yacht recreation and vacation tourism is rising up in the country. As the largest ocean province in China, Hainan boasts abundant tropical tourism resources. Danna International Yacht Cosmopolitan is a comprehensive project for investment with yacht as the leading project, the development and operation of ocean sports and recreation products as the carrier, which is the combination of land hotel, sea floating hotel and ocean sports club. The implementation of this project will help to build the concept of "Haikou Bund", and it has been listed as a key project of Haikou City.

2. Construction Site

It is located in the west part of Haidian Island of Haikou Bay, Haikou City, 400 meters west to the Century Bridge. It is opposite to Jinmao District and Evergreen Park across the sea.

3. Construction Scale and Content

The area is 9.2 hectare (138 mu, including sea area) and the coastline is 680 meters long.

Major construction contents:

1) Land function area

Cuigang Zhilan five-star hotel (a property hotel managed by a world-famous hotel management group): it is planned to invest 500 million yuan, and the construction scale is 69 thousand square meters.

Lishui Xianfan vacation mansion (managed by the same hotel management group): it is planned to invest 280 million yuan, and the construction scale is 40 thousand square meters.

Hainan Dasheng international yacht club (managed by a world-famous yacht club): it is planned to invest 30 million yuan, the construction scale is 4.6 thousand square meters, and 10 million yuan will be inputted on the construction of parking points for yacht.

2) Sea function area: floating hotel, 2-3 medium luxurious pleasure ships and 100-150 yachts. At the initial period of operation, traveling around the island will be developed, and in the middle and long term, traveling to Xisha Islands, Hong Kong and Macao, Southeast Asia will be developed.

4. Investment Scale

Total investment is estimated as 820 million yuan.

6. Project Progress

At present, a 3000-ton wharf has been constructed. The general planning has been passed, and it is ready to construct the mansion and club. Hainan First International Yacht Festival organized by the company in 2006 has been approved by government and now is in preparation.

Yangpu Dasheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. jointly invested by many investment agencies such as Yanhuang Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2001.
