General Information of Project Undertaker:
Luxi county has long history and cultural resources, in Tang, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasty, it was the boom period, as Businessman shuttling and Traffic Never Ending.
Luxi county locates in south east of Yunna Province, 166 km from the capital city Kunming with 1 hour and 40 minutes journey. There are also sufficient power supply, the under-construction 210000 kw Yunpeng Power Station will be finished in 2007.

Information of the Project:
There are rich coal resources, with proved 160 million tons of reserves, future reserves 70.2 billion tons, most of them are coking coal. It is now planed to set up a Annual 600000 Tons Capacity Coke-oven Plant in Luxi County Sanhe Town, adopting Stamp Charged Coking Technique and recycling tar, benzene and mascagnine and using the rest gas to generate power with 2X3000kw electric generating set.
The total investment is 194.9618 million.
The project suggestion has been finished.

Condition:
1. Transportation: it has high level roads or railway to shorten the distance;
2. Water and Power Supply: Luxi County has rich resource of water, with no pollution; it has 7 power station, with annual generated electrical energy 200 million kw, which can meet every village’s demand as well as meet the demand of running at full capacity within the project area.
3. Labor: there are 178000 people available.

Economic Analysis:
The construction period is 1.5 years. The estimated profit is 85.9598 million after the project put into use, 53.98 million tax payment ( 10% of the general tax)

Favorable Policy:
As for important investment project, Investment Promotion Bureau reports to the upper administrative government to get approval, formulates more favorable policies by One Business One Negotiation method.
