The brief introduction of the project: due to the increasing demand of the lead and zinc resources and the deficient reserves of the available lead and zinc mines, it becomes one of the mines which are in short supply in Chinese and even the world market. Meanwhile, the price of the lead and zinc metal products rises up stably in the international and domestic market. According to the statistics, in 2005, the global consumption of the zinc reached 10.4 million tons and the actual shortfall was between 230,000 and 300,000 tons. Through investigation, Riwuduo of Jiaxing Town of Gongbo'gyamda County has large quantities of lead and zinc mines reserves, and the preliminary proved quantity of lead and zinc mines is 50,000 tons. With the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet railway, the mineral resources are possible to become the economic advantages. The scale of the construction: the capital construction; repairing roads and the main saps; cutting; constructing factory and prospecting; producing an output of 5,000 tons of zinc mines.
