The brief introduction of the project: Mainling County means “the medicine continent” in Tibetan, being the centralized area of the Tibetan medicinal materials and one of the origins of the Tibetan medicines. According to the incomplete statistics, the medicinal plants of the whole county distribute widely with various kinds (more than 300 kinds) and large quantity. The famous medicinal plants are worm grass, caladium, Dangshen, angelica, Sanqi, Sankezhen, Shaji, Qinjiao, Hongjingtian, and Yizhisong of the snow mountain and so on. Of the total, the precious Tibetan medicines such as worm grass and caladium are to some extent famous both at home and abroad. The output of the worm grass in the whole county is over 1,000 kg and the average output of other medicinal materials is as least over 2,000 kg. The project is mainly to purchase, process and produce, pitching at a scale of the mid-type Tibetan medicines processing factory. It is of high scientific technology with small risk of investment and remarkable economic benefit. The scale of the construction: building workshops and purchasing the processing equipment and the accessory equipments.
