11. The brief introduction of the project: the Nyingchi Prefecture lies in the plateau with thick forests and comfortable climate. Due to the advantageous natural environment and the geographic position, it has all along had the appellation “the prefecture of medicines” with more than 2,000 kinds of wilding medicinal materials in the forests, which is the important medicinal materials reserve storeroom and has bight foreground and broad market to develop the Tibetan medicinal industry. The scale of the construction: building 30,000 square meters of Tibetan medicines processing zone, of which, the Tibetan medicines covers an area of 1,000 square meters, the medicinal materials processing zone 16,000 square meters and the Tibetan medicine research center 13,000 square meters.
