11. The brief introduction of the project: Lhoba ethnic group is the ethnic minority group approved by the State Council in 1965, mainly inhabiting in the Mainling County of Nyingchi Prefecture. It has its own language, old custom, traditional folkway and florid clothes. The project aims to promote the whole image of the tourism of Nyingchi, boost the popalarity of the tourism of Nyingchi, set up the consciousness of market economy, change the conception of becoming rich of the farmers and herders, increase the income of the mass people and accelerate the local economic development. The scale of the construction: the Lhoba Culture and Folk-custom Display Building, the residential houses for the Menbas, roads in the scenic area, the visitors’ center, sightseeing pavilion, the folk-custom songs and dance performing ground and environmental protection establishments and so on.
