Name of the Project: Lanzhou West Hot Spring Resort Construction
Project Scale and Content: the project is the first hot spring resort in Lanzhou, mainly falls into the following parts:
- large-scale hot spring health care and physical therapy center. Transforming the current comprehensive building (10,000 square meters) in West Fun Garden into a large-scale hot spring health care and physical therapy center which can accommodate 1000 people and integrates vacation, leisure activity, health care, physical therapy, and entertainment.
- five-star hot spring hotel. Utilizing the geological, resources and environment resources, the current supplementary facilities of amusement, entertainment and health care, as well as the terrestrial heat resources in the construction site, it is to build a five-star hot spring hotel, covering 30,000 square meters, having 500 guest rooms and integrating accommodation, business, exhibition, leisure, vacation and café.
- large-scale hi-tech amusement park. Utilizing the geological, resources and environment resources, based on the development orientation of high starting point and high human color and rich cultural connotation, referring to the development of international famous amusement park, it is to build a large-scale hi-tech amusement park teeming with hi-tech, and integrating knowledge, amusement, entertainment and participation.
Investment Estimation: investment in large-scale hot spring health care and physical therapy center is 60 million Yuan; that in five-star hot spring hotel 150 million Yuan; that in large-scale hi-tech amusement park 40 million Yuan. The total investment in the above three projects excludes land remising fees and the expenses on the current supplementary facilities in the comprehensive building, nor that on the current supplementary facilities in the West Fun Garden and that on the current supplementary facilities and equipments needed by the construction of five-star hot spring hotel.
Expected Economic Efficiency Analysis: the annual operating revenue is expected to be 92.8 million Yuan, of which 30 million Yuan comes from large-scale hot spring health care and physical therapy center, 37.8 million Yuan from five-star hot spring hotel, 15 million Yuan from large-scale hi-tech amusement park, and 10 million Yuan from exhibitions, conferences, café and parking. The annual operation cost is expected to be 38 million Yuan, including 10 million Yuan in large-scale hot spring health care and physical therapy center, 20 million Yuan in five-star hot spring hotel, and 8 million Yuan in large-scale hi-tech amusement park. The annual profits are expected to be 54.8 million Yuan. The static investment return period is 4.56 years.
