Project Content: To transform the original 2400MM pulpboard machine, purchase a set of papermaking machine with 4,800-terrace network and a production line with the daily output of 500 tons of waste paper pulp; newly build a production line with the annual output of 150,000 tons of box paperboard and supporting facilities; newly build a production line with the annual output of 50,000 tons of written printing paper; improve subsistence paper with the annual output of 6,000 tons; purchase 1.5MWx2 pumping condensate and turbogenerator set, 3 sets of fluidized bed boilers and supporting facilities; newly build 1 set of sewage treatment plant with the daily processing of 25,000 tons of sewage.
Project Resources: Huzhu County and neighborhood the main wheat-growing areas of Qinghai Province, with an annual output of one million tons of wheat straw. The local output of poplar is about 100,000 square meters per year. Construction Conditions: With the original Huzhu Papermaking Factory as the basis, all the existing plant and part of the equipment can be used.
Production technology: There are mature domestic crafts and technologies, and a set of middle and high-ranking technical personnel in Huzhu Papermaking Factory. Market Prediction: Currently, there is only papermaking industry—Huzhu Papermaking Factory around the province and the output is far from meeting the demand of provincial and Tibetan market. Therefore, there is a promising prospect of paper products market, with an annual output of 200,000 tons.
Investment Scale: The gross investment is initially estimated to be 1.134 billion Yuan, including one billion Yuan in fixed assets, 134 million Yuan of basic liquid capital. And the project financing method is attracting investment.
Economic Benefits: the annual sales income is 934.2 million Yuan, profits 170 million Yuan and taxes 150 million Yuan.
