Project Content: To newly build 10 ore stoves with a unit power of 25000KVA and shape a production scale with an annual output of 200,000 tons of silicon metal.

Project Resources: Haidong Region is blessed with abundant silica resources, with over 2.4 billion tons of detected resources currently.

Construction Conditions: There are six large and medium-sized hydropower stations on the selected site of factory, the power grid with 330KV, 220KV and 110KV covering the whole region with relatively low cost. Raw materials such as electrode and oil coke can be supplied from nearby with a large number of skilled operating workers; traffic and communication conditions like railways, highways, expressways and airports are convenient which can produce products of low cost and high quality, providing a reliable guarantee for return on investment.

Production Technology: Our region is one of the major domestic production bases of silicon and silicon metal with the annual production capacity of over 15 million tons. We have mastered production technology of silicon metal and cultivated a large number of high- and mid-level smelting technicians and operators which can fully meet production needs.

Market Analysis: The high purity 99 silicon metal is widely used and has a huge market demand with an annual demand of over 1.5 million tons. China's production capacity is about 700,000 tons with an actual output of less than 500,000 tons. Meanwhile, it’s planned that a local polysilicon project with an annual output of 1,000 tons, where a large number of silicon metal products can be absorbed.

Investment Scale: the gross investment is estimated to be 600 million Yuan.

Economic Benefits: After the project goes into operation, the annual sales income will reach 1,850 million Yuan and profits 190 million Yuan.
