Project Content: to build equipment, workshop and supporting facilities with production lines producing 500,000 tons of gypsum powder per year.

Project Resoureces: There are 2.3 billion tons of gypsum deposits in Haidong Region and reserves in Huzhu County amount to 2.1 billion tons, with an average grade of over 75%, which are best raw materials of making gypsum powder. Therefore, it’s the best choice to make use of resource advantages to build production line in Huzhu County with an annual output of 500,000 tons of gypsum powder.

Construction Conditions: Huzhu County is in the east of Qinghai Province, 30 km away from the provincial capital--Xining city and traffic condition is very convenient .

Production Technology: Based on natural gypsum ores (three-grade above) and accessional minimum chemical agents crystal transformation by means of saturation vapor autoclaves under certain pressure, half of a liquid plaster is acquired, and then by drying grinding, high-strength gypsum powder is obtained. The techniques of adding minimum crystal transfer agent, which will greatly shorten the time quoted, help reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency, is the key step of the production process.

Market Prediction: Gypsum powder is widely used in such fields as building materials, machinery manufacturing, arts and crafts, medical and other fields and has rapidly developed in both the domestic and international markets. Rendering gypsum has been widely used abroad and is increasingly becoming a well-known and salable product in the domestic market.

Investment Scale: the gross investment is estimated to be 70 million Yuan, including 63 million Yuan in fixed assets and 2 million Yuan of basic liquid capital.

Economic Benefits: After the project finished, the annual sales income will reach 30 million Yuan, profits 34.42 million Yuan and the investment payback period will be 3.03 years.
