Survey of the Project Undertaking Unit:
Ningxia AMALE International Culture and Development Group Co., Ltd. is a private business establishment founded on basis of "China Ningxia International Park of Muslim Customs and Culture Construction Preparing Group". AMALE sets it an imminent task to construct China Ningxia International Muslim Town with its business scope to be enthusiastically developing the Muslim culture based tourism and trade.

Contents of the Project:
The proposed project will be constructed in Yinchuan Yuehai Park according to relevant plan. 3300 mu land have been requisitioned for the construction of the off-Shore Mosque on Star Island, Window of the World Muslims on the Moon Island, the Lakeside Holiday Village, Muslim Hotel, Luxurious Housing Estate, Health and Retreat Center, Town of Arabian Nights and Entertainments, Local Halal Cosine Mall, Islamic Culture Gallery, Art Performance Center, International Commercial and Financial Central District, Islamic Culture Center, and the Historic Chinese Hui VIP's Statures Plaza. In addition, 300 mu of land will be requisitioned in the city of Wuzhong for the construction of China-Arab International Trade Center.

Conditions for the Operation of the Project:
The project has got energetic support from both Ningxia government and relevant state departments. Funds to be absorbed from home enterprises and donations to be contributed by the world Muslims will form the foundation for the construction of the proposed project.

Market Prospect:
The proposed projected related to the International Muslim Town has been well-known in China. The town will be a bridge linking Ningxia and the Arabic nations and the world Muslims, creating a sound environment and condition for Ningxia to open to the outside world.

Estimated Investment and Economic Profits:
Total Investment Required: RMB￥4.32 billion. With the completion of the project, RMB￥700 million more tourism incomes will be created with RMB￥8 billion more income to be generated on foreign trade. In addition, some 15,000 more jobs will be created as well.

Progress of the Project:
The project has been listed in the Overall Construction Plan of Yinchuan Yuehai Park. Project programming and designing have been completed by Research Institute of Landscape Sciences of Shanghai Tongji University. Preparations for land requisition are currently ongoing.
