The proposed project will cover an area of 1000 mu in a total length of 10 km on the either side of Binhe Boulevard in the city proper district of Wuzhong. The project construction will include: All-year-round Sightseeing Park, Binhe Park of Local Hui People's Customs And Culture, The Yellow River Wetland, Muslim Daily Necessities Display Area, Muslim Chapel, Local Halal Food And Cuisine Area, Entertainment And Recreation Center coupled with relevant afflicted facilities.

III. Conditions for the Operation of the Project:
With the swift advance of constructing an ecologically-based city surrounded by rivers and lakes by adhering to CPC Wuzhong City Committee and Wuzhong City Government's policy of "Building the city with the Yellow River being its bedrock, and constructing the city integrated with three complementary districts", part of the relevant facilities in such landscapes with unique and exotic components as Binhe Ave., and Binhe Wetland have been complete and available by now. The local government will provide policies in favor of each and every aspect.

The beauty of the project presents a perfect combination of region of rivers & lakes and the beauty of masculine vigor peculiar in the hinterland beyond the Great Wall, which forms a unique scenery.
