II. Survey of the Project Undertaking Unit:
Lingwu Shuidonggou (the Water Cave Ravine) Relics Tourism Developing Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 with a registered capital of RMB¥10 million. The company has obtained the right to use 8125 mu of land in the scenic spot with a sum of RMB¥14 million having been invested in the spot. The company has 215 on-staff employees.

III. Contents of the Project:
Development and Construction of Shuidonggou (the Water Cave Ravine) Scenic Spot include:
1. Constructing such infrastructure facilities as road, water supply and drainage systems, and heat and power supply systems;
2. Public service facilities such as: facilities for purpose of commerce, food, sports and entertainment;
3. Facilities for tourism industry and historical relic protection show;
4. Land requisitioning and tree and grass planting. The kernel scenic spot group consists of the such six major scenic attractions in the integrated function area of the theme park of China's Prehistory Culture as: Shuidonggou Ruins Preservation and Tourism Area, Shuidonggou Science and Education and Ordos Primary Ecology Demonstration and Tourism Area, China Great Wall Based Three-Dimensional Defense Culture Tourism Area ( including Hengshanpu Military Camp Preservation and Exhibition Tourism Area, The Grand Hengshanpu Canyon and Military Defense Culture Tourism Area), Integrated Function Area for Conference, Holiday and Water Sports, Sand Auto Vehicle Sports Area, and Entertainment Area.

IV. Conditions for the Operation of the Project:
At the approval of the State Council, Shuidonggou (the Water Cave Ravine) Relics was designated a state level historical relics protection unit in 1988.

V. Market Prospect:
Shuidonggou (the Water Cave Ravine) Ancient Human Relics is located at the township of Linghe / Lingwu, a historical site built some time during the period stretching from about 30,000 years ago, which has the important value of ancient human culture and has therefore drawn close attention of archaeologists worldwide. Great Walls built in both the Sui and Ming dynasties run through the project area. On the either side of the two Great Walls are the tremendous desert and the Loess Plateau, a perfect combination of beautiful scene and local culture. There are ruins of the military defense systems built in Ming Dynasty and the neighboring Shuidonggou Canyon and of the mysterious cave that can contain a thousand soldiers, which bears extremely high value of development.

VI Estimated Investment and Economic Profits.:
Total Investment Required: RMB¥75 million. At the initial stage, the project can receive 150,000 person-time tourists a year with the tourism incomes to reach RMB¥26 million. In the mature period of the project, the scenic spot will receive 300,000 person-time tourists a year, which will create tourism incomes of RMB¥56 millionin total. Dynamic period of investment recovery: 6.4 years; Internal rate of fund return: 26.98%.

VII. Progress of the Project:
The Project-Related Historical Relics Protection Plan and Overall Plan of Tourism Facilities have been approved by relevant departments. To date, the road, power supply, entrance, parking area and greenery constructions have been completed.
