Development and Construction of Huoshizhai (Firestone Villiage) in Xiji County

II.Survey of the Project Undertaking Unit:
The State Forest and Travel Bureau of Xiji County is the supervisory section which is ruled over by the county government.It mainly engages in the field of development and management of the County's tour resources and the tour Development Co. Ltd. of Xiji County which is turned over to the Bureau of the county is a whole-people-owned enterprise. Now the Company is in charge of the development and construction to the Danxia Geomorphology Park and the second earthquake-lake in world-Dang Jiacha Big Dike, etc.

III.Contents of the Porject:
In the area of Bigstone City in the Danxia Geomorphology Park of the Firestone Village, the cabs cars have been installed in the area of the Danxia Geomorphology Park, in the area of the Shishan Mountain with ancient temple, and also in the area of Bigstone City, etc. Another hand, in the scenic area of Yuntai Mountain in the park, there have been built twenty six the resorts for summer holiday integrated the dinning, staying for the   night and being on sightseeing trip into the whole. It will be very popular after the ecosystem immigrating of the local residents.

IV.Condition for the Operation of the Project:
At present, the scenic area of Firestone Village has already been able to receding a great deal of visitors with the sufficient supply of water, electricity, traffic and the form of contact of network.

V.Market Prospect:
As the tourism industry has become a high-speed developing estate with powerful impetus to accelerate the other industries development. Especially in 1990s, the industry of the tourism has been treated as an essential estate in more area of many countries. Since the tourism industry has become more and more popular, in Ningxia, it is decided on the essential agenda as an estate like the rising sun with the shifting focus of the economic construction.Located in the Firestone Village town about 15 km north of Xiji County, the Firestone Village belongs to the scenic area of the Great Liupan Mountain with integrating rich local resources such as the natural, normal, and the ethnic groups customs into one. As a state-level anti-poverty testing area through touring, the scenic area is the only one that named by the national geology park and national forest park .Up to now, it is also the highest place where is combined characteristics of Danxia geomorphology in China .The elevation of the park is in 1960m to 2600m high and the total area is 97.95square kms with scenery of combined characteristics of grandness sand gracefulness. According to these points, it is worth developing very well and the market prospect is very favorable

VI.Estimated Investment and Economic Profits:
Investment budget is RMB￥50 million. The annual income will be RMB￥5.4 million. RMB￥270 000 for tax, and the profit will be RMB￥ 3.46 million.

VII.Progress of the Project:
It has already been invested RMB￥25 million in order to deep first phrase of the project, and the work of green-turning has been invested, and that investment for the infrastructure.
