The Tour Development Co. Ltd.of Qingtong Xia was invested and supported by the Tour Bureau of Qingtong Xia City. This company was set up in 2000 with the registered capital of RMB￥500,000 and it is responsible to the development of the tour construct completely.

III.Contents of the Project:
According to the plain, eight functional zones are to be Construed (1) the Spring of Miracle Water Zone (2) Hot spring Bathing Zone (3) Lake of Miracle Water Game Zone (4) Hot Spring Holliday Inn. (5) The Temple Mountain Zone (6) Ecologic Agriculture Exhibition Zone (7) The Square in front of the Gate (8)The Service Center

IV.Conditions of the Project:
The scenic area covers 5400-mu land areas with boasting over 20 natural springs and it is 12 km away from the downtown. Up to now the infrastructure has been already accomplished such as about water, electricity and the roads paving.

V.Market Prospect:
12km away from the downtown, the Miaoshan Lake boasts over 20 natural springs, most of which lie the bottom of the lake .Two of the bigger springs spray from the ground in the temple district with a daily volume of four thousand cubic meters and temperature of 14.The spring water contains a variety of beneficial minerals and therefore is called "the Spring with Miracle Water" by the local people. Nowadays the tourism industry of Ningxia is being placed in the stage of flourishing and especially the location of Miaoshan Lake is just in the part of golden-line of the field of tourism in Ningxia, The Market prospect of Miaoshan Lake Hot Spring Resort will be very favorable where the tourisms is an unique industry.

VI.Estimated Investment and Economic Profits:
It cost RMB￥50 million. After construction, the annual income will be RMB￥27.3 million and the profits will be RMB￥12.3 million.In this way, it is estimated that the all investment will be recouped in 4 years

VII.Progress of the Project:
The Infrastructure work (such as paving roads, green-turning parking, visitors receipting and the developing of the manmade lake, etc) has already been finished.
