I.Project Title:
Construction of Binggou Tour Area

II.Survey of the Project Undertaking Unit:
There are 50 on-staff employees in the Bingou Cultural and Tourism Co. Ltd. The scenic area totally covers 27 km2 land-area with the four large eye-sighting areas, namely tombs of Han Dynasty, the area of Yellow River and Pool, the area of the grand canyon, and the area of the vast desert.

III.Contents of the Porject:
There will be construction of Swimming Pool in Desert, and the construction of General Residence ,and construction of Rope Way Cable cars .Fishing pool, Lotus Flower Pond and Ancient ferry in the Scenic Area of the Yellow River.

IV.Conditions of the Project:
Bingou Area of Tourism is located at the east bank of the Yellow River approximately 38 km from downtown area. The Province Road 203 crosses it and its traffic is very convenient. With the theme of culture on line and Han Dynasty, the Bingou Tour area is a synthetic tour area , including cultural and historic sites, the scenery of the Yellow River, the lifestyle of vast desert, the landform of gorges and the base of film making .The total area here is 20 km2 and the exploiting potential of the project is very fine.

V.Market Prospect:
All of these scenic area are provided with different kinds of special features of their own such as the tourism area of the graveyard of Han Dynasty, Yellow River includes the area of river pool, the area of the desert from the year of 1992 till now,more than thirty films have been produced so that the area becomes another famous film and TV City in Ningxia and even in the west of China.Now it is turning into the brand of the bright point in the east Ningxia as the accomplishment of the project.

VI.Estimated Investment and Economic Profits:
It was totally invested about RMB￥26 million. The total number and quantity of the visitors will achieve 20,000 with annul income of RMB￥5 million every year.

VII.Progress of the Project:
It is a post-constraction project. The pre-phase tasks as designing have been finished.

VIII.Form of Cooperation:
Joint venture, Exclusive investment, stock, etc. The time limit of applying, the proportion of investment and the profit sharing are decided by the two sides.
