II. Survey of the Project Undertaking Unit:
Ningxia Hui People's Culture Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 with a registered capital of RMB￥5 million. The company's fixed asset has reached RMB￥120 million To date, the 1st phase project construction of the Chinese Hui People's Culture & Customs Park like museum, local Hui people's customs village, the Local Hui Cuisine Center, Show Center, Ceremony Hall have been completed. The park has been the only theme tourist attraction demonstrating the Hui People's cultures and customs in China. The company has 300 on-staff employees. In August 2006, the park will be open to the public.
III. Contents of the Project:
The 30,000-square-meter Islamic Culture Exchange Center to be constructed during the 2nd phase of the project is consisted of such main buildings as: a luxury tourism and business orientated hotel which can take 500 people for a large conference at the same time. In the hotel, there will be a large conference center, an exhibition center and a training center. The affiliated facilities of the hotel will be composed of the micro-scenic spots of the top 10 famous mosques in China, and the top 10 famous mosques in other regions of the world along with the micro Holly land of Mecca. The entire architectural group is grand and majestic in style. It will become the country's Sino-Arab cultural exchange center, and will be a shining star among the tourism attractions in China's west.

IV. Conditions for the Operation of the project:
Park of the Chinese Hui People's Customs & Culture is a representative scenic spot displaying the local Hui people's cultures and customs in Ningxia. At present, all the five main theme projects developed are the representative projects featuring exotic and ethnic components with complete infrastructure facilities and functions, which have laid a sound foundation for a commercialized operation and management of the Islamic Cultural Exchange Center.

V. Market Prospect:
The Islamic Cultural Exchange Center to be constructed during the 2nd  phase of the proposed project will be located at Ningxia Park of the Chinese Hui People's Customs & Culture in Yongning County some 20Km south of Yinchuan, the capital city of Ningxia, perfectly locating at the core tourism area in the east of Yinchuan. Over the resent years, both the volume of tourist reception and the volume of economic income have been growing by 30% year by year. With implementation the state government?s decision to develop China?s west, and with the implementation of Ningxia government?s strategy to build grand Yinchuan and develop the full-length tourism, number of the tourist visitors will exceed 500,000 within three years. The project sees a promising future for development.

VI. Estimated Investment and Economic Profits
The total Investment required in the Project: RMB￥200 million. It will be the only large conference and tourist reception center with dominating theme of Islamism . The annual income will reach RMB￥90 million. It is estimated that the investment can be recovered 6.5 years after the operation of the project.

VII. Progress of the Project :
Construction of infrastructure facilities in the scenic spot related has been completed.
