Cowskin can be used to make leather coat and leather products; cowbones can be used to extract bone oil, bone protein and bone glue; cow’s offals contain rich minerals, vitamins and varied enzymes. They are main raw materials in manufacturing food and medicines and in great demand. This project can not only bring considerable economic benefits but also promote the economic development of countryside’s pastoral areas as well as improving the farmers’ income.
Construction scale and content:The project extends to 10 towns of Baotou city and 10 herds of cows have been purchased.

Economic benefits:After the completion of the project, annual sales revenue 250 million Yuan can be achieved and farmers’ income can increase by 50 million Yuan
