Necessity and advantage of the project construction 
Daomao Qi has rich wind energy.  According to wind energy resources and developing conditions, 10 big wind power generation fields are planned to be developed, with area of 2300 square kilometers (accounting for 12.6% of Qi’s total land area) and capacity 12 million kilo-watts. The project area is convenient in transportation and easy to connect networks and so is an ideal area to build wind power generation field. The project can greatly release the electricity tension in Huhehaote city and Baotou city as well as the neighboring area. With the launching of “Renewable Energy Law” next year, business development of wind power has good prospect.

To build 10 wind power generation fields with 2 million kilo-watts
Total investment and fund raising:1.6 billion total investments are all attracted
Economic benefits: After the completion of the project, annual sales revenue 6 billion Yuan can be achieved and profit and tax are 1.1 billion Yuan.
