Copper is an important industrial material and is always short of demand. This project make use of rich copper mine resources in Mongolia and coal, power, water resources in Baotou as well as advantages like transportation, industry base and city’s comprehensive supporting capability. So it has great prospect and is a rare nonferrous metal smelting project.
Construction scale and content:To build production line of annual output of 400000 tons A grade cathode copper and intensive products like 300000 tons copper rods and copper line used in electricity and IT industry, 50000 tons presicion copper pipes and 50000 tons presicion copper casting.
Total investment and fund raising:6.7 billion total investments are all attracted Economic benefits:  After the completion of the project, annual sales revenue 12.9 billion Yuan can be achieved and profit and tax are 860 million Yuan.
