In accordance with regulations of Announcement No.44, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs, the eastern areas carry out bank deposit firm transferring administration when undertaking processing trade of restricted commodity. Upon approval of State Council, the payment of account deposit is now announced as follows:

Processing trade enterprises may pay account by various means such as deposit by cash and certified payment guarantee. Specific operations are subject to the current related regulations. Banks shall strictly examine the credit of enterprises when handing the transaction, and effective implement measures on risks and management and control.
