In accordance with Regulations of Import and Export Administration of Commodities of the People’s Republic of China and related commitments made by China while entering into the World Trade Organization, the announcement of the total amount, distribution principle and application procedure of tariff quotas of chemical fertilizer of 2008 is hereby formulated and promulgated. Any unit engaging in import of chemical fertilizer which satisfies related conditions shall apply to import administration institution of key industrial products designated by Ministry of Commerce or directly apply to Ministry of Commerce. The application duration is from October 1 to October 31, 2007.
