In accordance with the procedure and standards prescribed by the Circular of Accepting and Examining the 3rd Agent Applications for Live Pigs Supplied to HongKong, after fully reviewing the applications presented by 8 HongKong enterprises and asking for opinions from the existing agents and inland enterprises charging the export of live pigs supplied to HongKong, the Chamber of Import and Export Trade of China Food and National Native Produces and Animal Byproducts
commends the HongKong Agricultural Special Region Corp. Ltd. to the Ministry of Commerce for the 3rd agent of inland live pigs supplied to HongKong.
After asking for opinions of related units, the Ministry of Commerce decides to grant the agent qualification of inland live pigs supplied to HongKong to HongKong Agricultural Special Region Corp. Ltd., which has equal agent rights with Wufeng agent of HongKong Huarun (group) Corp. Ltd. and Guangnang Agent of HongKong Yuehai (group) Corp. Ltd., and may make independent choices mutually with inland enterprises charging the export of live pigs supplied to HongKong.
