In accordance with related rules in Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of the Controlled Chemicals, the National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Commerce desided to have Guangdong Chemical & Light Industrial Coporation to be the appointed import & export proprietary trading unit for Triethanolamine and to have Fuzhou Special Chemicals Co., Ltd to be the appointed import proprietary trading unit for Triethanolamine and Methyldiethanolamine.
