1. Content of the Project : Fanxi Industry Zone is located in the west part of Xiangfan city proper, based on original industry zone of Fancheng.It covers an area of 10km2, starts from West Chunyuan Road in north and Changhong Road in east, south leads to Hanjiang River, west leads to Shipu. The population of the Zone is 0.15 million. It's equipped with most perfect capital installations, enjoys most centralized resource and lowest cost of founding an undertaking. Drawing support from the city resources such as stream of information, talent, funding and material circulations, the zone actively fosters small and medium-sized science-and-technology enterprise and export-oriented enterprise and so on, as well as promotes the development of textile garment, electronics, package printing, construction decorative materials, food processing industries, etc. Jiawa Industry Garden is one of 3 industry gardens in the Fanxi Industry Zone. It belongs to the project of extension of Kanglong Industry Company. The garden is located on West People Road, enjoys convenient traffic, communication and perfect capital installations. The planned area is 300mu. At present, there're over 140mu land left and enough for over 20 factory buildings with over 20 enterprises settled down.

Prospect of Market: The development goal of the garden is to bring a new and expanding industry point, provide 100thousand of employment post, realize the industrial sales income of USD 125 million, gather thousands of middle and small-shaped processing enterprise, and finally form a competitive market. After the garden is constructed, the annual output value would reach USD 37.5 million, the sales income would reach USD 33.75 million and the tax USD 3.375 million.

5. Present Situation of Project: 33 factory buildings have been built with over 30 enterprises settled down. It's a multi-function garden with integration of textile, bearing, machinery processing, chemical industry and construction material production.
