1. Content of the Project : The Xiangfan--Yicheng gas pipeline is a branch of the Zhongwu main gas pipeline of the "West-to-east Gas Transmission" project , laying 35 km of gas delivery pipeline with a diameter of 600mm from Taipingdian to the downtown of Laohekou city and constructing city gas gate stations, gas bulk plants, gas filling area and gas pressure regulating stations. The project construction consists of three phases with the total consumers of 180,000 households and the 1st-phase consumers of 60,000.
2. Investment Estimation and Financing Scheme: The estimated total investment in this project is USD 20 million.
3. Economic and Social Benefits: Each household will be charged USD 250 for installation. When the first phase project is completed, it is expected to receive the return of USD 15 million. The project has considerable economic benefits. And meanwhile this project will surely improve the quality of atmosphere and save 210,000 tons of coal consumption, which also has better social benefits.
