1. Project Content: The electro-hydraulic servomotor is a highly integrated product with the combination of optical, mechanical and electronic functions , featured by the compactness in structure, stability and reliability in performance, high precision in controlling and responding ,advantage of organization, steady and reliable working property, and wide flow and pressure control , small in size , and powerful in strength etc. The HY serial electro-hydraulic servomotor developed by Xiangfan Space Flight Electro-mechanical Hydraulic Application Technology Co., Ltd. is a flow control valve series with high quality, pair gush-out shelf , and the strength feedback; and the pressure feedback pressure-controlled valve; and pressure and strength feedback pressure-flow control valve series. They have already been extensively used insuch fields as aero-space , car , petroleum , electro-mechanics , textile , postal service , electricity generating equipment , environmental protection , water conservancy and intelligent robots ,etc. The technical performance has attained to the international standard of the same kind of products, and some product series have filled the blanks at home. While taking electric liquid server as leading products, we developed and produced servo-hydraulic motor, electromagnetic hydraulic pressure lock and servo controller ,etc., all of them can be applied to aero-space , car , electro-mechanics and petroleum ,etc. , and are in the leading position domestically. The project will have a production capacity of 3,000 sets per year after being built up.
2. Investment Estimation and Financial Scheme: The total investment of the project is USD 3.75 million. The project undertaker is to invest in the form of self-owned cash, land and other fixed assets, and the foreign investment in the form of cash.
3. Economic and Social Benefits: After the project is completed, the annual sales income is 6.25million USD, and annual profit and tax is 625,000 USD. The payback period is 2 years.
4. General Information of the Project Unit : Xiangfan Space Flight Electric Hydraulic Application Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in the high and new tech industry development zone of Xiangfan. There are 80 workers now, with 10 senior engineers. The company has 150 sets of various kinds of equipment and achieved an output value of 2.5 million USD in 2005.
5. Current Status: 2.5 million-3.75 million USD are planned to invest within in 5 years on the electric liquid server project, for purchasing the new equipment, strengthening the research and development of new products, so as to enhance the annual production capacity to 3000- 5000 sets.
