The location of project enjoys advantageous geographical position and convenient traffic and smooth terrain. The surplus rural labor is enough. All mentioned above provides favourable conditions for operation and management of the project. There're 8 factories engaged in panel processing of finished product and semi-finished products in Zhupo Panel Processing Zone in Tai Pingdian Town, they can process the panel of finished product of 5000m3 annually, which has stimulated local areas in forestry industry development.

3. Cooperation Form: Investor should build assembly line with an annual processing capacity of 100,000 m3 wood, either rough processing or precise processing is acceptable. The Chinese unit of project provides workshops with reasonable rent and free accessory installation, road, water and electricity, and secure environment and preferential policy. The others should be negotiated.

5. Prospect of Market: Nowadays, it's short of wood resource in the world. The ecology protection policy has been carried out in China, and lumber in a destructive manner is prohibited. As a result, the woods price increase steadily. So the development prospect is bright. This location continuously gets tough on the afforestation. The integration of production, processing and sales has come into being step by step. The product not only could meet the need of local market, but also be sold to surrounding areas even every place in the country. After it's finished, the annual sales income will be over USD 0.375 million and profit and tax over USD 25,000 . The investment payoff period is 2 years.
