1. Background of the Project: Laohekou Jinpeng Textile Towel Co., Ltd. is the unique towel producing factory in the Northwest Hubei, Occupying 11,000m2, it has an annual capacity of 8 million, with assets of 880,000 USD, 150 sinker pile knitting machines and relative dyeing instruments. Main products includes over 100 varieties, including are spray printing, machine printing or jacquard 4 series of towel, pillow cover, bath towel and towelling coverlet. 90% of such products are exported, but all of the exports are the low or middle-grade and bring little profit. The development of shuttle-free computer-controled weaving machine will improve the products level and increase benefit.
2. Market Analysis: The company exports their products to Indonesia, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong and other countries or regions. Market has a great demand for such products, especially the medium and high-grade products. When purchasing shuttle-free computer-controled weaving production line, it'll raise work efficiency, and will occupy more jacquard products market share, will also change our company and produce the middle-and-low grade products current situation completely. 3. Project Content : It plans to newly-build a workshop in the company, and to purchase 100 computer-controled wearing machines. The annual capacity will increase 6 million or more towels after such construction.
4. Total Investment : The total investment is 1.2 million USD. 250,000 USD of it is for building, 350,000 USD for the apparatus purchasing and adjustment, and 600,000USD for circulating capital.
5. Benefit Analysis: When the project fulfills, it'll bring sell income of 4.35 million USD and profit of 350,000 USD. According to the yield of 30%,the investment will be taken back in 3.33 years.
