Investment Estimation and Financial Scheme: The total investment of the project is 6.7 millionUSD, among them, fixed assets are USD 3.4 million , accounting for 50.1% of the investment, and circulating fund is 3.3 millon USD, accounting for 49.3% of the investment. Investment can be put in the form of fixed assets or circulating fund, or by way of self input, construction, and management. The construction period of this project takes 10 months, and it can produce 45 million meters of grey cloth per year after completed. The annual sales income is USD 27.5 million, and annual profits tax can be up to 3 million USD. It is estimated that the payback period of investment is 2.9 years. The tax rate of investment is 45.5%, and profit rate is 34%. This project plans to be built in the textile industrialized park of Chengguan Town, Gucheng County. The park is set up in the provincial level non-public Scien-tech garden, which has already had 58 textile enterprises and the total installed capacity reaches 6000 looms. It has trained large quantities of professional technicians and has strong talents and advantages in resources. The market extends to Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces, Shanghai, Tianjin and other places, a little bit famous on the market of national textile. The products of every enterprise are in short supply at present, hence the products sell well.
3. General Information of the Project Unit: The textile industry city of Chengguan Town is developed in order to meet the fast-growing local textile industry so as to realize enterprises gathering , integration of the resources and is a large textile park set up by non-public investment with unified planning, high-standard construction and independent management. It began planning and construction in 2005, and will build up within three years. Its overall layout of functions is to form 10,000sets of total installed capacity, with 40,000 spindles, so as to form a textile industry city integrated with spinning and knitting.
4. Current Status: The textile industrialized park of Chengguan Town has already finished earlier planning and storing of the field. At present, this project has already stored 100mu of land, and water, electricity, transportation are all available. The site for workshops is leveled, investors can enter to build factory buildings and install equipment smoothly.
