1. Project Content : By using urea or ammonium nitrate as the core, general calcium or calcium magnesium phosphate as packing, adding potassium as additives, the high-efficient compound fertilizer can be produced by adopting the domestically advanced technology and equipment, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons.
2. Investment Estimation and Financial Scheme: The total investment of the project is 2.5 million US dollars, with 1.9million dollars for construction: 600,000 dollars for circulation. The construction period is one year.
3. Economic and Social Benefits: After the project is built up, it can produce 50,000 tons of high-efficient compound fertilizer every year, realizing 5 million US dollars of output value, 600,000 dollars profits tax. The payback period of investment is 3 years.
4. Current Status: The high-efficient compound fertilizer is the product especially encouraged to be developed by the country. By using the abundant phosphorus ore resources and phosphorus chemical industry within the park and its neighboring areas, the serial products produced by Yicheng Municipal "Dayan" Industrial Park are as follows: 200,000 tons phosphorus ore, 130,000 tons calcium magnesium phosphate, 200,000 tons general calcium, 40,000 tons of industrial sulfuric acid ,etc. per year. So, it is necessary to introduce the fund to deep process phosphorus chemical products with high added value on the existing foundation, so as to develop its primary products to easiness in use, compound and high-efficiency.
