1. Content of the Project: The project will occupy 300 mu of land and build 80 cottages. The architectural style of the exterior is modeled after Han dynasty, the interior of the cottage is four-star modern structure. It will put the East and West, the past and today into one.
2. Estimated Investment: The total investment of the Project is 6.5 million USD.
3. Economic Benefit Analysis: With the fulfillment of the project, it can not only resolve the problem of catering and accommodation restriction, but also it can afford accommodation for 400 people and provide 600 people with food each day. The annual income is expected to reach 2 million USD. Expected Time for the Construction of the Project is one year, and the recovering period for the Investment is 5 Years.
4. The Present Progressing Situation: The whole plan which includes the project has been demonstrated by the experts from the state, Hubei province and the local city of Xiangfan. It has formally been approved to build. Now the preparation work and the work of inviting outside investment are being carried out.
5. Cooperation Form: Equity joint-venture, investment ratio is as follow: Chinese party: 20%; Foreign party: 80%.
