1. Project Content: According to the detailed development plan of the Great Xieshan Mount Tourist Spot, the project is to conduct an all-round, high standard and deep development to the Hot Spring Holiday Village. A new villa area is to be constructed with relevant tourist facilities. The Mini Three Gorges in Nanhe is to be upgraded by reforming the docks, agricultural museums and developing new scenic spots.
2. Investment Estimation and Financial Scheme: The total investment is USD 7.5 million.
3. Economic and Social Benefits: The maximum construction period is not to be above 2 years. As the project is put into an all-round operation, it is estimated that the tourists can increase by 100,000 person/ time annually. The business income can increase USD 2.5 million annually, and the investment can be paid back within 5-8 years.
4. General Information of the Project Unit: The Great Xieshan MountTourist and Hiliday District (including the Mini Three Gorges in Nanhe) is located in the southwest of Gucheng, with 23 km away from the County Town, covering an area of 80 km2. Xieshan Mount is a national forest park, provincial-level tourism and holiday spot, and state’s AAA grade scenic spot as well as an important scenic spot in the provincial tourist development zone with “One Mountain, Two Rivers”. It is the central point to connect the Ancient Longzhong, Shengnongjia, and Wudang Mount. With dense vegetation, its forest coverage rate is 93.3%. It is endowed with the name of South Summer Palace in China ever since the Qing Dynasty, At the beginning of the 20th century, 54 villas with the combined style of the east and west architectures were successively built by the missionaries from Britain, Norway, Canada and Italy. And 16 of them was kept and restored, the only one group of the western style villa group in northwestern Hubei, and also the biggest holiday villa group in south central China. Xieshan Mount enjoys its beautiful sceneries with over 60 spots, such as The Combing Table, Daughter’s Peak, the Chinese sweet maple with over 1,000 years, bamboo park etc, and has become an ideal tourist spot. Nanhe Mini Three Gorges area, bordering on the Xieshan Mount, is of typical Kostar landscape, well known for its green mountains, clean rivers, deep caves and unique stones. The temperature of the hot spring water is kept year round at 39℃, good for human’s health. After years of development, the two scenic spots have been connected geographically and their advantages have been brought to further development.
5. Current Status: With annual reception of 200,000 persons and the total income over USD 3.12 million ,If the investment increased, and publicity is strengthened, the even better economic and social benefits can be achieved.
6. Cooperation Form: The management right can be bought out, or it can be managed by dominant shares.Transferring fee and duration are negotiable.
