1. Main content: Yilihe New District Construction Project is located in the two sides of Yili River, with the planning area of 71 square km. it radiates to the four sides with the first and second bridge as the center, embodying the triune feature of “water, green and the city”, expanding the multi-functional district integrating seven functions namely “ecology, leisure, habitation, entertainment, exhibition, administration and business”, and building a unique bank district. The project is to develop tourist project and real estate as well as business, trade and logistic market with unique feature on the south bank of Yili River.
