Construction of Yili Yazhong International Business and Trade Building

1. Main content: the project will be completed in two years. In the first year, stores along the street of 15000 square meters will be completed; and in the second year, the rest 448000 square meters of market will be finished.

Main raw material and its guarantee: the enterprise has registered capital of 33 million Yuan, assets in real term 88 million Yuan, the first stage of the Yili Yazhong International Business and Trade Building project covering 44055 square meters, mainly engaged in mechanical and electronic products, furniture, lamp decoration as well as window curtain and cloth art.
4. Product scheme: the annual trade can reach 2 billion Yuan. The project covers an area of 147 mu, with the construction area of 59,800 square meters.
5. Market demand analysis: the project has wide radiation, contributing a lot to the local economic development, increase of farmer’s income and promoting to domestic and foreign trade.
6. Total investment: 75 million Yuan, of which 45 million Yuan comes from our side and 30 million Yuan from foreign side
