After completion it will have an annual capacity to produce 13.2 million inflation-free tires. The patent number of this kind of product is ZL: 00263063X. The products have following characteristics:1. good safety without risk of leak and burst;2. easy for braking and high smoothness;3. low maintenance rate, economic, 50% reduction in operation cost;4. long service life, 1-1.5 times longer than the inflation tires;5. oil-effective (lower by 8%-10%); 6. driving speed higher but safer (higher by 5%-10%); and 7. low production cost
◆ Market analysis: Relevant authority’s statistics show that the vehicle tire demand in Chinese market exceeded 80 million in 2004, and the expected demand this year will increase to 133 million, in addition to the demand of over 35 million for agricultural tires. First stage: RMB 120 million Yuan will be invested. The first two years after invested capital comes to place will be the construction period, and it can produce a profit of RMB 189 million Yuan in the third year when 1.20 million inflation-free tires can be produced;
Second stage: RMB 200 million Yuan will be invested. It can produce a profit of RMB 756 million Yuan in the fourth year when 4.8 million tires can be produced; and
