The preliminary work of the project has already started and the outer condition of the project has basically been finalized: three factory sites namely Yangshan, Tao Jiatun and Wu Jiahu have been fixed; the feasibility research report of part railway has been finished and the review conference will be held for it soon. China Guodian Group has already entrusted the Northeast Electric Power Survey and Design Institute to make the feasibility research report, and reports it to the National Development and Reform Committee for approval.
