I. The construction background of the project
The total urban sewage quantity is 41160m3/d, with the total sewage pipe line in the city as long as 61.8 km. The exit of the sewage drainage lies in the southeast corner and the sewage will be drained into the Ming dyke and then to Da Caodian after being upgraded in sewage pump room in the ending.
II. The construction scale and the products blueprint
The construction scale: 50,000 tons/day, six drainage pumping stations and 46 km of sewage line. The existing three pump stations and part of pipe lines will be rebuilt, adopting the technics of bio-oxidation tank.
III. Economic benefit forecast
20.075 million Yuan will be collected by the price of 1.10 Yuan/m3, and deducting the collection and operation cost, the annual profit will be up to 7.18 million Yuan.
IV. The total investment on the project
The estimated investment: 191.17 million Yuan
The sources of the funds: 101.1675 million Yuan is prepared by the locality and 90 million Yuan will be loaned from the bank.
