Ⅰ. Brief Introduction to Project Unit:
Zaozhuang Mining Group is a giant group mainly producing coal products, engaged in mines construction, geological prospecting, coal chemical industry, bioengineering, building materials, power, mechanics, the service industry etc. It is a solely state-owned company incorporating production, capital construction, scientific research, design and trade and business into an organic whole, with supporting service of education and health care. It has 68,000 employees and its total assets are 11.5 billion yuan. In recent year of 2005, the group produced raw coal 20 million tons and its sales income was 14.3 billion yuan.
Ⅱ. Project Content
1.Construction content:Adopting world advanced K.K mode of Benzene-Hydrogen refining craft to produce Pure- Benzene, Toluene, Dimethyl-Benzene, etc. Processing capacity achieve 150,000 tons per year.
2.Construction Condition:Using mature Benzene-Hydrogen refining craft of Shanghai Baogang Chemical Industry co., Ltd. To produce Pure- Benzene, Toluene, Dimethyl-Benzene, etc. with high attached value. The raw material, rough-wrought benzene, is collected from circumjacent coking plant. There is a power plant providing for oneself in Caili Coal Mine to provide rich resources of power, heating and gas. Shengyuang Coking Plant of 300,000 tons and Shenglong Coking Company of 800,000 tons will provide partial resources of rough-wrought benzene of cost price.
Ⅲ. Investment Amount and Benefits
Total invest will be 510 million yuan. The sales income of 960 million yuan and profits of 143.06 million yuan can be realized. The payback period is 3.6 years.
